Background
Ms. Olson is requesting to sell fireworks at retail within Beaudry Convenience. She has paid
all fees, successfully passed the inspection check by the fire chief, and has successfully
completed the background check. Ms. Olson has not yet submitted the Certificate of
Insurance coverage.
Action Requested
Council motion approving a Fireworks License to Beaudry Convenience contingent upon
the city receiving the proper Certificate of Insurance.
