Background
Mr. Rens is requesting the two licenses mentioned above in order to sell frreworks at retail
within Martin Plaza from June 25 through July 5, 2004. He has paid all fees, successfully
passed the inspection check by the f~re chief, and has successfully completed the background
check.
Action Requested
Council motion approving a Fireworks License and a Transient Merchant License to Todd
Rens.
