REQUEST:
1. Application for Exempt Gambling Permit for Bingo and Raffle
2. Application for Temporary 3.2 On-sale Beer License
APPLICANT:
Church of St. Andrew - 566 4th Street
BACKGROUND:
The above requests are made for the purpose of selling beer and conducting
bingo and a raffle during the church's annual parish festival. The festival will
be held on September 17, 2000 on the parish grounds.
ACTION REQUESTED:
1. Council motion to approve the request by the Church of St. Andrew for an
Exempt Gambling Permit.
2. Council motion to approve the request by the Church of St. Andrew for a
temporary on-sale 3.2 percent beer license for September 17, 2000.
