Temporary 3.2 Percent Beer License for Chamber of
Commerce
REQUEST:
· Application for Temporary 3.2 On-sale Beer License
APPLICANT:
Elk River Area Chamber of Commerce
BACKGROUND:
The above request is made for the purpose of selling 3.2 percent beer on sale
during the chamber's annual 4th of July festival. The festival will be held on
July 4 at Orono Park. A certificate of insurance for liquor liability has been
provided to the City.
ACTION REQUESTED:
Council motion to approve the request by the Chamber of Commerce for a
temporary on-sale 3.2 percent beer license for July 4, 2000 at Orono Park.
