Consider a request for preliminary plat for Elk River Crossing 2nd Addition and a
conditional use permit for a convenience store and car wash.

PUD (Planned Unit Development) / HB (Highway Business)
The Planning Commission postponed action on these items until the June 27th
Commission meeting. These items are being postponed to the July 17th City
Council meeting.
