REQUEST:
3.2% On-sale beer license
APPLICANT:
Michael Hoang of China House Buffet, 17291 Highway 10, Elk River, MN
BACKGROUND:
China House Buffet has requested to renew their 3.2% beer license. They
have picked up the application information, however at the writing of this
memo, the application has not been returned or the license fee paid.
ACTION REQUESTED:
If the application is returned and license fee paid by the time of the Council
meeting, staff is requesting approval of the request.
If the application has not been submitted, I will be withdrawing this item
from the agenda. The existing license is good until 6/30/2000.
