SUBJECT: Transient Merchant Licenses Requested by CW
Marketing
REQUEST:
Transient Merchant License to sell coupon booklets for LaRose's Pizza by
going door-to-door.
APPLICANTS:
Thomas Sibley
Winona Stevens
Philicia Barnes
BACKGROUND:
The above applicants have been hired by CW Marketing to sell promotional
coupon booklets for LaRose's Pizza and Dolphin Car Wash. The Police
Department has completed the background checks on the three applicants
listed above. All background checks came back approved.
Councilmember Dietz has requested that the issue of Transient Merchants in
general be placed on the agenda. This item will be placed on an upcoming
agenda for Council discussion.
