Request Authorization to Advertise for Bids for the 2000
Seal Coat Program
The proposed areas included in the 2000 seal coating program include the
following developments and streets:
· Country Crossings I and II
· Sandpiper Estates
· Orono Lake Estates
· Joplin Street
· Boston Street
· Concord Street
· Orono Parkway from City Hall to Joplin Street
The estimated cost will be approximately $50,000. The budget contains
$70,000 for seal coating and overlays.
Action Requested
The City Council is asked to authorize the advertisement for bids for the 2000
seal coat program.
