Mayor Klinzing called the Executive Session of the City Council to order at 9:50 p.m. to
discuss the Cargill assessment appeal.
City Attorney Peter Beck reviewed the terms and conditions of the proposed settlement
agreement for the Cargill lawsuit. The city attorney requested the City Council to review
the information presented and indicated that they would meet again in Executive
Session to discuss the information.
There being no further business, Mayor Klinzing adjourned the meeting at 10:28 p.m.
