Mayor Klinzing called the Executive Session of the City Council to order at 11:00 p.m. to
discuss the Cargill assessment appeal.
City Attorney Peter Beck reviewed the conditions of the proposed settlement agreement
and requested direction from council on how to proceed with the Cargill assessment
appeal.
There being no further business, Mayor Klinzing adjourned the meeting at 11:30 p.m.
