Transient Merchant License for Homier Distributing Company (Charles
Homier)
APPLICANT:
Charles Homier - Homier Distributing Company
BACKGROUND:
Mr. Homier is requesting a transient merchant license to conduct a sale of
tools and home furnishings at the American Legion. This will be a one-day
sale held on September 2, 2000, from 12 pm to 7 pm. Mr. Homier has
successfully passed the police background check and submitted the required
application and license fee.
ACTION REQUESTED:
Council action to approve a transient merchant license for Charles Homier to
conduct a sale of tools and Home furnishings at the American Legion on
9/2/00.
