Cottage Industries Townhome Development
Councilmember Farber has discussed the appearance along Highland Road in
the Cottage Industries townhome development at a number of meetings. The
area of concern is at the southwestern edge of the development, right off of
Highland Road, where trees were saved and there is a modest hill. If possible,
please take the time to drive by this development prior to the council meeting
so you will have a better understanding of the situation. We will have a
videotape to show the council, but it is sometimes difficult to capture the true
sense or feeling of a situation on videotape.
I have requested Bill Heck, president of the townhome association (or another
representative), to be in attendance at this meeting to hear council concerns
regarding the appearance of this development.
