Accordingly, attached is a letter from Ste~vart requesting the continuation of this agenda item until the August 14, 20Q0, City Council meeting. As August 7 has been published as the public hearing date, it is appropriate for the council to hear the report from th~ city engineer on the project and to open the public hearing and receive any comments from the public.
