Therapeutic Massage License
APPLICANT:
Kristin Kastl-Kalland
BACKGROUND:
Kristin Kastl-Kalland is requesting a massage therapist license to practice
therapeutic massage at Avalon Salon located at 706 Main Street. Avalon
Salon has a current massage establishment license. Kristin has submitted
the necessary licensing information and licensing requirements. She has also
successfully passed the required background check.
ACTION REQUESTED:
Council motion approving a massage therapist license for Kristin Kastl
Kalland.
