RE: WOODS OF HILLSIDE TWO
Dear Mr. HaMicker.
As you requested, we have reviewed the final plat of the Woods of Hillside Two. The
plat contains 21 lots located generally south of Woods of Hillside 1st Addition. The only
comment we would have is that the final plat appears to be lacking soma drainage and
util~ easements. There is a wetland in the southwest comer of the development which
does not show with a drainage and utility easement on the final plat. Also, storm
drainage collected from the streets will need to run through a storm sewer pipe to this
wetland. We believe one of the lot lines will need a wider drainage and utility easement
to accommodate the storm sewer pipe.
With the exception of these few comments, we believe the final plat mirrors the
preliminary plat for this area. Therefore, we would recommend approval of the final plat
of the Woods of Hillside Two. If you have any questions, please call.
Sincerely,
Howard R. Green Company
