Background
The applicant has submitted all of the required application material and has successfully
passed the background check. The building where the salon will be located is still under
construction and has not received a final inspection from the building and fire departments.
Action Requested
Council motion approving a therapeutic massage establishment license for John Joseph
Salon effective upon the building located at 18150 Zane Street, Elk River, receiving final
occupancy permit from the building and f~re departments.
