Backeround
The applicant has submitted all of the required application material. The building where the
salon will be located has not received a final inspection from the building and fzre
departments.
Action Requested
Council motion approving a therapeutic massage establishment license for Heavenly Hands
by Elle contingent upon a successful background check and the applicant meeting all
requirements of the city code.

Background
The applicant is requesting a massage therapist license to practice therapeutic massage at
Heavenly Hands Massage by Elle located at 503 Jackson Avenue, Suite 208. The applicant
has met the 500 hours of completed course work and successfully cleared the background
check.
Action Requested
Council motion approving a therapeutic massage license to Lanelle Kause contingent upon
receiving Council approval for a massage establishment license.
