Excluded Bingo Request

The Sherburne County Agricultural Society has made application for authorization to conduct
excluded bingo july 15-18, 2004. Although this application is made to the State Gambling Control
Board, the City Council must approve the application prior to State approval.
An excluded bingo hcense means that the applicant will hold no more than 4 bingo events during
the year. This request is for four days.
Action Requested
The City Council is asked to approve an Excluded Bingo request by the Sherburne County
Agricultural Society.
