APPLICANT:
Lori Ann Kurtz
BACKGROUND:
Lori Ann Kurtz is requesting a Massage Therapist license to practice
therapeutic massage at Salina's Salon, 19262 Freeport Street, Elk River,
Minnesota. Lori has submitted all of the required background and application
information and the license fee. Lori has also successfully passed the required
police background check.
ACTION REQUESTED:
Council motion approving a massage therapist license for Lori Ann Kurtz.
