APPLICANT:
Crystal Ann McGarry
BACKGROUND:
Crystal Ann McGarry is requesting a Massage Therapist license to practice
therapeutic massage at Salina's Salon, 19262 Freeport Street, Elk River,
Minnesota. Crystal has submitted all of the required background and
application information and the license fee. Crystal has also successfully
passed the required police background check.
ACTION REQUESTED:
Council motion approving a massage therapist license for Crystal Ann
McGarry.
