RESOLUTION 00-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT -
SAFE & SOBER COMMUNITIES
BE IT RESOLVED that the Elk River Police Department enter into a grant
agreement with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Office of Traffic
Safety for the project entitled SAFE & SOBER COMMUNITIES during the
period from October 1, 2000, through September 30, 2001.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Chief Thomas Zerwas is hereby
authorized to execute such agreements and amendments as are necessary to
implement the project on behalf of the Elk River Police Department and to be
the fiscal agent and administer the grant.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 11th day
of September, 2000.
