The Elk River Area High School Administration would like to
extend a personal invitation to be part of our 2000 Fall
Homecoming Parade.
This year's parade will be held October 6th and will start at
5:30. We will begin lining up in the Salk Junior High parking
lot at 5:00.
Please be prompt in informing us of your decision by returning
the enclosed form by September 25th.

TO ALL PARTICIPANTS IN THE 2000 ERAHS HOMECOMING PARADE
To make a safe and successful parade, please follow these guidelines. The parade forms at the Salk Junior
High parking lot at 5:00. The parade will start promptly at 5:30. Th

School rules are in effect at all school activities.
ISD 728 is tobacco free at all activities.
If handing out food, candy, or any other item, please have the person handing it out be walking curbside
and not throwing from a vehicle.
Floats may be parked in north VandenBerge lot (off Proctor) after the parade. Floats must be taken
from school property after the homecoming football game. Please note: All participants must remain on
their floats until parked in the VandenBerge lot.
All units in the parade must be approved by the school.
Parade units must be driven by properly licensed drivers at least 18 years old. Please follow parade
route.
All units must park in their assigned spot in the staging area, unless otherwise noted.
We agree to and will follow the above parade guidelines.
