Approval of amended Woodland Hills Plat

· Amended preliminary plat for Woodland Hills
The applicant has revised the preliminary plat for Woodland Hills per the direction of the
Council. At the Council meeting on June 21st, the Council approved the preliminary plat.
One of the conditions of approval included the statement that the plat could come back for
final plat approval with minor modifications. The applicant, prior to finalizing the changes
and incorporating them into the final plat, is requesting that the Council approve the revised
preliminary plat.
Request
Staff requests that the City Council review the amended preliminary plat and provide
direction to the applicant regarding the revisions.
