SUBJECT: Concept plan for Holzem property
Attached is a concept plan for the Holzem property. The property is located east of
Cleveland Street (CR 40) and south of Viking Boulevard (CR #31). The plan includes 500
single family lots on about 250 acres. The property is outside of the Urban Service District.
The proposed lot sizes are 65' x 130' (8,450 sf.) and 87' x 130' (11,310 sf.). The developer is
proposing to include land for an elementary school. This development would require a
Comprehensive Plan amendment to include it in the Urban Service District.
