HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF ELK RIVER
December 8 , 1980
Members Present - Commissioners Duitsman , Hinkle , Madsen ,
Schumacher and Toth
Members Absent - None
Also Present - Ron Krank of Kraus-Anderson , Neil Larson , Gary
Santwire and Dave Sellergren by invitation
Call to Order - The meeting was called to order by Chairman
Madsen at 7 :40 p.m.
Minutes - Minutes of the November 10 , 1980 meeting were approved
Downtown Redevelopment -
1 . Ron Krank of Kraus-Anderson presented a concept for
development of the two downtown blocks between Jackson
and Lowell N. of Main .
2 . Neil Larson presented a concept for development of the
one downtown block between Jackson and King N . of Main .
3 . Gary Santwire said he would be making a future presentation
for the area in which he is now working N . of the tracks .
4 . Dave Sellergren responded to various questions about
public financing and the role of the HRA .
Secretary - Hank Duitsman moved and Dick Hinkle seconded that
the HRA hire a secretary to take minutes at future meetings .
