Also Present - Zack Johnson & Jerry Messman of Zack Johnson &
Associates , Inc ; members of the Elk River Chamber of Commerce
and the public
Call to Order - The meeting was called to order by Chairman
Schumacher at 7 : 30 p .m.
Downtown Redevelopment Plan - The meeting was an open work
session with Zack Johnson & Associates , Inc for the purpose
of presenting alternative ideas and receiving public input
regarding downtown redevelopment Planning .
Adjournment - The meeting was adjourned at 9 : 30 p .m.
