HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF ELK RIVER
September 8, 1982
Time & Place - 7 :30 p.m. at Elk River City Hall
Present - Commissioners Duitsman , Hinkle , Schumacher , Toth &
Tracy
Absent - None
Also Present - Bob Middaugh and Mel Boyd, Glen Ertel and Dick
Krier representing Elk River Redevelopments , Inc.
Minutes - Minutes of the July 8 , 1982 meeting were approved as
distributed with a typographical correction to resolution 82-1
as noted thereon.
Financial Report - 7/7/82 Zack Johnson invoice for $560 approved .
HRA expenditures through July, 1982 have been $2 , 148.
Elk River Redevelopments , Inc . Proposal - Resolution 82-1 (copy
attached) passed on a vote of 3 to 0 (Commissioners Hinkle , Toth
and Tracy voting for the motion) .
Marty Tracy - Chairman Schumacher noted that Commissioner Tracy
should be reappointed by the City Council to a full term on the
HRA. Bob Middaugh to include on City Council agenda .
Next Meeting- With City Attorney and City Council on Monday ,
September 27th , 7 :30 p.m. at Elk River City Hall .
