Election
Minnesota Election Law, 204B. 21, Subdivision 2, requires elecl
municipality to be appointed by the governing body of the mun
ion judges for precincts in a
icipality at least 25 days
before the election at which the election judges will serve. Atta :hed is the resolution with
the judges listed that have been assigned to the Primary Electioh to be held on Tuesday,
September 14, 2004.
Action Requested
Council motion adopting the attached resolution appointing election judges for the Primary
Election.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City CoOncil of the City of Elk River,
Minnesota, that the following persons be appointed as election fudges to serve at the Primary
Election on September 14, 2004, and the City Council further ak~thorizes the City Clerk to
appoint additional judges if and where needed.
