Appointment of Council Liaisons to Advisory Boards/
Commissions
Item #5.3.
I have attached a grid illustrating the four advisory commissions that the Mayor shall appoint
one Council Member to each as an ex-officio non-voting member and liaison between the
Council and the commission. At the council meeting of August 2, Councilmember Dietz
had suggested the Council Members put their preference of appointment on paper and
submit this to Mayor IGinzing.
ACTION REQUESTED
Motion individually appointing the Council Members to the four advisory commissions
(Planning Commission, Parks and Recreation Commission, Heritage Preservation
Commission, and the Library Board) to serve as non-voting members and liaison between
the Council and the commissions until
