1. Call Meeting To Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Housing
and Redevelopment Authority was called to order at 5:50 p.m. by Vice Chair
Kropuenske.
2. Consider December 18, 1995, HRA Agenda
COMMISSIONER DUITSMAN MOVED TO APPROVE THE DECEMBER 18, 1995, HRA
AGENDA. COMMISSIONER HINKLE SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION
411 CARRIED 3-0.
3. Consider October 2, 1995, HRA Minutes
COMMISSIONER HINKLE MOVED TO APPROVE THE OCTOBER 2, 1995, HRA MINUTES.
COMMISSIONER DUITSMAN SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 3-0.
4. Consider HRA Statement of Expenses
Executive Director Bill Rubin reviewed the Housing and Redevelopment Authority
Statement of Expenses for September 26, 1995, through December 4, 1995. Bill
Rubin indicated that there are two additions to the Statement of Expenses that
are not included in the packet. These additions are postage - $5.94; and,
Hoisington Koegler, Highway 10 Corridor Study - $1,725.05, resulting in a total
payable to the City of Elk River of$8,308.77.
COMMISSIONER DUITSMAN MOVED TO APPROVE THE STATEMENT OF EXPENSES
FOR THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FOR THE PERIOD SEPTEMBER
26, 1995, THROUGH DECEMBER 4, 1995, IN THE AMOUNT OF $8,038.77.
COMMISSIONER HINKLE SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 3-0.
5. Adioumment
There being no further business, COMMISSIONER DUITSMAN MOVED TO ADJOURN
THE MEETING. COMMISSIONER HINKLE SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION
