1. Coll Meetina To Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River HRA was
called to order at 9:00 p.m. by Chair Schuldt.
2. Economic Development Coordinator Task Force
The HRA discussed the appointment of an HRA representative to the economic
development coordinator task force. HRA Chair Schuldt appointed Commissioner
Duane Kropuenske to the economic development coordinator task force.

There being no further business, COMMISSIONER KROPUENSKE MOVED TO
ADJOURN. COMMISSIONER FARBER SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION
CARRIED 5-0.
The meeting of the Elk River HRA adjourned at 9:05 p.m.
