Background/Discussion Approved in the 2015 Capital Improvement Plan is the purchase of a mobile air/incident support trailer. The trailer is to be used to fill Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) bottles on site and provide a location for firefighters to be medically evaluated and rehabilitated after engaging in firefighting activity. The trailer will provide the capability of filling firefighter self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) bottles on-scene. The trailer will also carry rehabilitation and medical monitoring equipment.
