Request by Orrin Thompson for a Zone Change, a Conditional
Use Permit and Preliminary Plat for River Park
Request
Consider a request by Orrin Thompson Homes for a zone change from Rld to PUD
(Planned Unit Development), a preliminary plat and conditional use permit for a 685 umt
planned unit development.
60 and 120-Day Rule
In order to comply with Minnesota Statute 15.99, a decision on this request must be made
by August 24, 2004. The applicant has waived the 60 and 120 day rule in order to re-
evaluate their plans. (see attached e-mail)
Request
The applicant has requested that these items be postponed in order to allow them an
opportunity to re-evaluate their project. They will be tentatively scheduled for the September
20th City Council meeting.
