to signs. This would be a second separate special City Council meeting. The purpose of the
meeting would be to meet with the Utilities Commission to discuss issues of mutual
concern/interest. The meeting would be called for 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 25,
2004. The meeting would be held in the Municipal Utilities conference room.
