HRA Update
Councilmember Motin is a member of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA).
The agenda from the August 2, 2004 meeting is attached.
Discussion items included:
· A Downtown Revitalization project update with a copy of the preliminary project timetable.
· Review and approval of the 2005 HRA Budget.
· An update on the Redevelopment Plan for Downtown north of Highway 10. Staff will
present concept options and past research of the area at the October HRA meeting.
A discussion about the three homes for sale along Main Street. There was consensus to
direct staff to provide more information at the next HRA meeting.
The next regular meeting of the HRA is Tuesday, September 7, 2004 following the Labor Day
holiday.
