An Ordinance Amending Section, 74-102, Snow Removal Parking, of the City of Elk
River, Minnesota, City Code
The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That �S 74-102 (a), Parking Restrictions, of the City of Elk. River Code of
Ordinances shall be amended to read as follows:
Public safety requires the rapid and efficient :removal of snow or ice from city streets, public
highways or other thoroughfares. No person shall stop, stand, or park any vehicle or perrrrit it to

The City Council of the City of
Elk River does hereby ordain as

Elk River Code of Ordinances shall
be amended to read as follows:

and efficient removal of snow or
ice from city streets, public high-
ways or other thoroughfares. No
person shall stop, stand, or park
any vehicle or permit it to stand on
any street in the city between the

a combination of falling and blow-
ing snow has accumulated to a
depth of 1.5 or mare inch s of snow
