A Resolution of the City of Elk River Rescinding Resolution 1 1-27 Relating to
the Meeting Time for the Energy City Commission Meetings and Amending
Ordinance 2-355
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2-355 of the Elk River City Code, the dates, times, and
locations of the Energy City Commission meetings shall no longer be set by resolution but
by Elk River City Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk
River, Minnesota, as follows: that the City Council of the City of Elk River, Minnesota,
hereby rescinds Resolution 11-27.
