NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that members of the City Council may attend the 2015 Elk River
Fire Academy Graduation at Rockwoods Banquet Center, 9100 Quaday Avenue in Otsego, Minnesota,
on Wednesday, September 16, 2015, beginning at 6:00 p.m.. A quorum of the City Council may attend
the graduation; however, they will not convene any meeting, and no action will be taken by the Council
during the event.
