The applicant has applied for a Display of Fireworks/Pyrotechnic Special Effects for
September 17 and 24 and October 8 and 20, 2004 for display at Elk River Senior High
school football games. All the correct forms have been submitted.
Action Requested
Council motion approving a license for display of fireworks/pyrotechnic special effects for
the Elk River Quarterback Club and Melrose Pyrotechnics, Inc. to conduct a pyrotechnic
display at the football field at the Elk River Senior High school.
