programs. Information gathered from the analysis coupled with feedback from participants
will be used to make adjustments that will improve these programs in 2016.

Skate Park Design RFP
Final edits are being made to the RFP to hire a firm to provide design work for the proposed
skate park at Orono Park. The RFP is scheduled to be sent out by mid-October. Staff is
currently compiling a list of potential skate park design companies to have bid on the
project.
