It was the consensus of the HRA to authorize the Director to create a brochure describing the location and benefits of the King and Main property. It was the consensus of the HRA to authorize Paul Steinman to work with Commission Hinkle to establish a brokerage fee that would be appropriate. Paul Steinman indicated that he would present a marketing brochure for this site at the next HRA meeting for its review. It was further the consensus of the HRA to authorize the Director to construct a for sale sign for the site.
