1. Call Meeting To Order
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the special meeting of the Elk River
Housing and Redevelopment Authority was called to order at 5 p.m. by Chair
Kropuenske.
2. Introductions
Introductions were made by those present.
• 3. Presentation and Discussion -Jim Brimeyer,The Brimeyer Group
4. Presentation and Discussion-Theresa Washburn
Presentations from Jim Brimeyer and Theresa Washburn were given to the HRA
members. The purpose of the presentations was to allow the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority members to hear from potential facilitators for the first
component of the Downtown Master Plan. Both presenters gave a short
biography describing some detail of their work experience. Questions and
answers took place following both presentations.
5. Joint Discussion Regarding Presenters and Future Process
Chair Kropuenske requested input from those present regarding the two
presentations given. Discussion was held by all present regarding the two
presentations. Paul Steinman indicated that the two presenters have different
approaches and the HRA should determine which approach would be most
beneficial for the community.
6. Adjournment
There being no further business, Chair Kropuenske adjourned the meeting at 5:55
p.m.
