1. Call Meeting To Order
The HRA meeting was not called to order due to the lack of a quorum.
The attending members did receive staff updates and had a brief discussion on
some of the agenda items.
Discussion was held regarding parking and traffic flow issues with the King and
Main project. Including a penalty clause in the purchase agreement was
• requested.
Marc Nevinski discussed the revisions made to the Tax Increment Financing Policy
and what the differences are between Tax Increment Financing and Tax
