HRSR MEETING NOTICE 01-30-1996 ELK RIVER HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
MEETING NOTICE
By virtue of commissioner action at its January 9 meeting, the Elk River
Housing and Redevelopment Authority will conduct a special meeting on
Tuesday, January 30, 1996 beg-inning at 5:00 p.m. at the Elk River City Hall,
13065 Orono Parkway.
The purpose of the meeting is to
• Authorize a Minnesota City Participation Program (MCPP) Application to
the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency for an allocation of first time
,E.
home-buyer mortgage funds; and,
• Consider the 1995 HRA cash activity.
