Background/Discussion The Golden Shovel Agency specializes in website design for economic development organizations all over the nation. They bring over 10 years of experience combining web technology and design expertise to present communities in their best light. Following the work session discussion and presentation from the Golden Shovel Agency last month, staff requests formal action to start working with the Golden Shovel Agency to develop the framework to launch the new website. Financial Impact The total cost of developing the website is $11,400 to be split evenly between the EDA and the HRA in the amount of$5,700 beginning in 2016 and annually thereafter.
