Strategic Plan
I, Gene Schuldt, HRA Chair, hdreby request a special meeting of the
Housing and Redevelopment Authority on April 21, 1997, at 5:00 p.m. to be
held at the Elk River City Hall in the Training Room.

The purpose of the meeting is to meet jointly with the EDA, Planning
Commission and City Council to present and discuss the final strategic plan
for economic development.
In accordance with State Statute, T hereby request the city cl3rk to post this
111 notice at least three days prior to the meeting date. I further request the city
clerk to notify each member of the HRA of this special meeting, in writing, at
least one day before the meeting.
