This serves as official notice of the Annual Meeting of the HRA as required
within the Bylaws.

• HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
ANNUAL MEETING NOTICE
The annual meeting of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) will
be on Monday, January 27, 1997, 5:00 p.m. at the Elk River City Hall, 13065
Orono Parkway, Elk River, Minnesota. The order of business will include
election of officers and annual meeting items as required by the HRA by-laws
in addition to regular business. All interested persons are invited to attend.

• CONSENT AGENDA ITEMS are considered to be routine and noncontroversial by the Council and will be
approved by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Councilmember,staff member,or
citizen so requests,in which case the item will be removed from the consent agenda and considered in its normal sequence
on the Agenda.
