5.a. Election of Officers
Elections for the following offices are required at this annual meeting
of the HRA:
• Chair
• Vice Chair
• Secretary
Below is the HRA's 1996 officer representation:
• Gene Schuldt, Chair
• Duane Kropuenske, Vice Chair
• Larry Farber, Secretary
5.b. Designate Official Newspaper
The HRA's official newspaper is the Elk River Star News. It is
recommended at this time the HRA redesignate the Star News as the
HRA's official newspaper for the 1997 calendar year.
5.c. Designate Official Depositories
Past practice for the HRA has been to designate depositories identical
to those designated by the City of Elk River. For 1997, the Elk River
City Council has designated the following banks/institutions as its
official depositories:
