(SEH)to develop some preliminary drawings of the new filter at Water Treatment Plant(WTP)#7. The preliminary drawings went to the planning department last week. DISCUSSION: The project will go out for bid mid-December and will be due in mid-January 2016.We are expecting the project to begin in early spring 2016. ACTION REQUESTED: No action requested.
