Open and continue the public hearing to January 4, 2016. A Land Use Amendment must accompany the
Zone Change request to ensure they match. The Planning Commission will review both requests during
their December 22, 2015, regular meeting.

Chris, per our discussion I agree that we will have to postpone the zone change on parcel 75‐825‐0010 until we are able
to have the land use amendment reviewed at the same time. We would like to move forward ASAP, so I will get the
amendment form over to your office so we can make the planning commission on 12‐22‐15.
